America vs. Obama

America vs. Barack ObamaAmerica vs. Obama. I recall someone saying to me that Barack Obama was the great uniter. I scoffed, because I’d researched Barack Obama, thoroughly, long before the election put one of the most dangerous men in American history into the Oval Office.

The “great uniter” my friend had called Barack Obama has turned out to be the “Great Divider.” Let’s step back for a moment and look at the entire situation objectively.

I was raised in a color-blind home. Racial epithets were not allowed. And we were taught to see individuals for their hearts, rather than the color of their skin. Then I became an adult.

As an adult, I saw more definition of the races from others around me, but I remained color-blind, and even the Pollyanna my husband lovingly accuses me of being on occasion. Nonetheless, it was still to the heart I still looked. Then Barack Obama came along with Jeremiah Wright and Black Liberation Theology. I’d never heard such vicious, hateful diatribes in my life. When Barack Obama became president of the United States I hoped, no pun intended, for the best but expected, and received, the worst.

Division of Races: Over the course of the last three years, I have seen a great division of the races by the Obama Administration. As an example, J. Christian Adams of the Obama Department of Justice testified before Congress: “According to the former DOJ attorney, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandez, an Obama appointee at the top of the department, announced at a policy meeting that “the voting section will not bring any other cases against blacks and other minorities.” Source

Obama vs. Big Business: Legislation written, and promoted (read stuffed down the throat of the American people) by Barack Obama and the Democrats has been devastating to the American economy. Stimulus I, signed into law by George W. Bush, but administered by the Barack Obama Administration, paid monumental sums to banks, funded “green” companies to the tune of billions, that went bankrupt, and took over private industry (auto, banking and healthcare.)

Obama vs. States: But it didn’t stop there. Oh no, we also have Obamacare, being challenged by no less than 27 states in the federal courts, is directly responsible for the closing of thousands upon thousands of small businesses, large corporations going into survival mode, hiring no one and spending nothing until they see what other business-crippling legislation is coming down the pike. Obamacare is a direct violation of the 10th Amendment and Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution.

Obama vs. The Rich: Then we have the constant, and unrelenting, beating of the “tax-the-rich” drum by Barack Obama and the Obama Administration. These people ignore the fact that is the rich who run the companies who employ Americans, that “taxing-the-rich” rarely ends up hurting the rich, and always ends up devastating the middle class. To top it all off, as if the previous was devastating enough, we now have Obama’s American Jobs Act which he intends to pay for by, yes, you guessed it, taxing the rich.

Therefore, I submit that Barack Obama is far from the great uniter, and can now be crowned the Great Divider. In the great match, America vs. Obama, it will take a determinedly united America to take down Barack Obama and the ideologies that drive him. America vs. Obama ? Whose side are you on?
