George Pataki and Rick Santorum Put Hats in the Ring

An already incredibly crowded field of Republican candidates just added two others.  One, Rick Santorum, became known as a serious contender in 2012 and the other, George Pataki, has a reputation as a moderate by national GOP  standards.
