SendtoNews signs a multiyear agreement with the most popular sports league inNorth America. SendtoNews will distribute NFL highlights to local and national newspapers and publishers across Canada.

SendtoNews began distributing NFL content through its player on Thursday, September 5 when the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens faced the Denver Broncos for the 2013 NFL Kickoff. Coverage will continue through the Super Bowl and other key events such as the Draft and Combine.

“We are always looking at ways to provide more content to our fans and are happy to partner with SendtoNews to achieve this initiative,” said Julie Moeller, Vice President, NFL International Media Business Development.

“We feel very fortunate to be helping the NFL expand its digital offerings to Canadian fans,” said SendtoNews CEO Greg Bobolo. “There is simply no more popular sport in North America than the NFL and no more premium sports brand than the NFL’s.”

Obviously, technology such as this will make life easier for bookmakers and those who have them as customers.  It is amazing what technology can do!
