Radio Host, Kevin Price and Chris Kidd, Financial Coach and Contributor on the Price of
Business on Business Talk 1110 AM KTEK (on Bloomberg’s home in Houston), interviewed
former NFL player, Jordan Black. The former offensive tackle joined Chris Kidd and Kevin
Price to talk about the recent controversy over the Washington Redskins team name. Jordan
Black is the owner of Snap Fitness in Missouri City, and also volunteers at Fort Bend Christian
Academy as an offensive line coach, as well as a defensive line coach.

Black, a former Redskins player, when asked his opinion on the Redskins name replied, “When
we say Redskins are we getting bleeped?” He followed saying, “I think political correctness is
just another way of advancing this crazy liberal agenda. Now, I can understand that, you know,
maybe there’s a few folks that might be offended by the name, but something’s going to offend
somebody all the time. The thing I’ve always said is, if I was the owner of a team, the last thing I
would want to name them is something I didn’t like.”
