Texas Senate votes to allow concealed handguns at state colleges– Although the bill still needs to pass through the House before making its way to Gov. Greg Abbott, the Texas Senate has passed a bill that will allow licensed handgun owners over the age of 21 to carry a concealed handgun at most public universities. Source: college.usatoday.com
