With everything going on in the world, many people are having to self-quarantine. During this time, it can be easy to put taking care of yourself low on your priority list. There are just too many other things you have to worry about that seem more important. However, during a time of crisis, it is more important than ever to ensure your care doesn’t get lost in the chaos. It isn’t selfish to spend some time and effort to focus on your personal needs. It can help you have more energy to devote to caring for others. Below are some easy and important tips for taking care of yourself while self-quarantining.

It is important to spend some time each day doing activities that restore you and recharge your internal batteries. Simple things like meditating, baking, taking walks and playing with your pets are great options.
