Recently, Kevin Price, Host of the Price of Business and Publisher/Editor in Chief of the US Daily Review interviewed Robert Loeser, a tax adviser, and the topic turned to presidential candidate Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan. This plan is a flat 9 percent income tax, 9 percent corporate tax, and a 9 percent national sales tax. The plan has caught on in political circles and dominated much of the recent debate in New Hampshire this past week.
