Video-UVA’s students are outraged that Rolling Stone unfairly smeared UVA as a “rape school.”
“No one wants to go to the Rape School,“ one student told MRCTV.
MRCTV also ran across one of the students who was mentioned in the article using the pseudonym “Andy” in order to protect his identity. In the article,
“Andy” was portrayed as a friend of the victim, “Jackie,” who the magazine claimed was with her following the alleged rape. Even “Andy” told MRCTV that he felt that the Rolling Stone piece inaccurately portrayed both himself and the events surrounding the alleged rape.
