Back in the early 1990s, the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) held the line against the government’s take over of healthcare by the Clinton administration. Media organizations described the organization as the “little lobby that could.” Today, NFIB is at the center of a major lawsuit that is designed to bring down the government’s far reaching program. The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on the case this week.
Cynthia Magnuson, a spokesperson of NFIB, was on a recent Price of Business to discuss the organization’s strategy.
