College Choice, a leading authority in college and university rankings and resources, has published its 2016 rankings for the Best Online Bachelor’s in Human Resources Degrees.

Businesses are facing HR reform across the country. To keep up with the changing trends of the field, organizations are looking for more educated and specialized professionals with a human resources  degree.

College Choice recognizes this need. It also recognizes that most HR professionals already working in the field who want to get a degree will need options. The best option for any working student is an online  education.

Christian Amondson, Managing Editor of College Choice, went on to explain the reasoning behind the creation of the ranking: “After obtaining a Human Resources degree online, you can get to work in an exciting and productive field for a large or small company. In fact, the HR field is a place for innovation and creative thinking. Companies like Zappos, Google, Adobe, and Etsy have HR teams that are reshaping corporate  landscapes.”

The Best Online Bachelor’s in Human Resources Degrees 2016 ranking from College Choice was created by collecting data on an individual’s schools online programs and its features, academic excellence, student satisfaction, financial aid opportunities, and overall costs for attending the school. This information was put together using a school’s internet portal, independent statistics sites, and the Higher Education Research Institute at UCLA nationwide student  survey.
