EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy is flying around the country this week to “ask Americans to act on climate change through simple actions to reduce carbon pollution in their daily lives,” a news release said.As the EPA advises Americans to reduce their carbon footprint, McCarthy herself is a frequent user of carbon-emitting conveyances.
