Carly Fiorina told MRCTV.org that Americans know that the federal government is corrupt and that her budget plan would work – and she’d employ their smart phones to involve them in the budget process:
“I’m going to go to the citizens of this great nation who know this is a really good idea – because 75% of us believe the federal government is corrupt, and 82% of us believe we have a professional political class.”
