The NFL Alumni Association (NFLA) today announced a new membership benefit, to provide additional wellness services to the members and families of the NFLA via a corporate wellness program with nationwide health and fitness club chain, LA Fitness.

“We have recently rolled out a number of new benefits for our members in the health as well as education areas,” said Joe Pisarcik, President and CEO of the NFLA. “Teaming up with LA Fitness complements those efforts tremendously, and I know that we share the same views when it comes to the importance of maintaining good health and active lifestyles.”

Members of the NFLA and their families will be eligible for special membership rates at LA Fitness gym locations. LA Fitness’s presence with over 600 locations, combined with the wide variety of activities they offer in their clubs, will provide members access to workout options that help promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

“The NFLA and our Board of Directors have seen an increased concern in health and wellness, which is why we continue to devote a great deal of time to invest in valuable relationships such as this,” added Pisarcik. “We want to ensure that our members, along with their families, can benefit from this wellness initiative as part of a well-rounded package of membership services.”
