Retirement Roadster commemorates the remarkable life of Ray Manzarek. Manzarek was most well known for his role as the co-founder and keyboardist of The Doors as told by The New York Times. This rock music icon helped pave the way for the psychedelic music era. Manzarek was also an accomplished author and continued to release new work throughout his life.
Failing senior health caused by a battle with bile duct cancer is what claimed the life of Manzarek at age 74. Ray Manzarek is survived by his wife, Dorothy, son, Pablo and three grandchildren. Retirement Roadster sent their condolences to the Manzarek family.
Manzarek was born in February 1939. He sang for the band, The Doors on the Electra Label. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Fujikiawa.

CBS reports Chuck Pagano, head coach for the Indianapolis Colts, recently got to check something off his bucket list. He had the experience of a life time riding around the track of Indianapolis Motor Speedway with Mario Andretti. Pagano called the experience “unbelievable” and “exhilarating”.
Bile duct cancer has been more prevalent the past few decades worldwide. Bile duct cancer currently effects approximately 1 to 2 people per year, out of each 100,000 Americans.
