State Department Calls Russia "Authoritarian"

Secretary of State John Kerry called Russia an “authoritarian country” in an interview this morning.
Kerry’s primary topic was NSA leaker Edward Snowden, who Kerry called on to “man up” and return to the United States for prosecution.
Kerry’s strong language comes just five years after his predecessor, Hillary Clinton, famously “reset” relations with this suddenly “authoritarian” country.
